To obtain 430 g of this jam you need 731 g di uva, 35l di acqua, oltre 110 ore di lavorazione e tanto impegno e sacrificio.

The Term jam evokes a clear and reassuring reference to the good homemade product, to that fruit collected, cut and cooked with so much experience by the inevitable prodigious grandmother or aunt on duty, maybe a Kinda grumbling but able to invent irreplaceable things for breakfast.

Why choose this jar?

The grapes are carefully selected before cleaning, which is manual; it is then put in a small crushing machine, from which a kind of fruit puree is obtained. The next stage, that of cooking, takes place in large pots. After cooking, some sample withdrawals for l’quality analysis. Packaging takes place in previously sterilized jars. The fruit harvest period is June-December.
